Every Aenoq order ships free within the European Union. No minimum order, no code required.

Delivery times

• Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• Belgium, Germany, France: 2–3 business days
• Rest of EU: 3–5 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–7 business days (customs may apply)

Tracking

Every order ships with full tracking via PostNL or DHL. You will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
