30-day return policy

If the frame is not right, send it back. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn frame for a full refund. No questions, no friction.

Conditions

• The frame must be unworn and in original condition — no scratches, no lens marks, no bent temples.
• The frame must be returned in its original Aenoq case and packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to return

1. Email aenoqofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours (EU only).
3. Pack the frame in its original case and box, attach the label, and drop it at any PostNL or DHL point.
4. Once we receive and inspect the frame, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To switch to a different frame or colorway, return the original and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround.

Damaged or defective frames

If your frame arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email us immediately with a photograph. We will ship a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.

EU consumer rights

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from any online purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Our 30-day policy exceeds this statutory minimum. Your statutory rights are not affected.
